No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

Access requires climbing 16 steps from the parking lot to the second floor - please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.

Parking is unassigned for up to 2 vehicles. No RV or trailer parking is available.
