Needs a good deep cleaning

The blinds on the slidding doors where hard to move as where the doors themselves. There was mold on the shower curtains. There was nails sticking out on the deck and there was dirt all over the outside table and chairs. Very disappointed, we have stayed there in the past years and it was never as bad as it was this time.

Eagle’s Nest.

Nice location we’ve stayed at Eagle‘s nest before. However this particular unit there are nails sticking up on the deck. Multiple times stepping on them. Eventually had to just put shoes on when walking out there. Very convenient with the barbecue pit right outside the door. Didn’t quite understand the carpet on the deck. It was soaked on Friday but dried up by late Saturday.

Our stay at Indian Point

Well we went to the first unit and had to move because it had water damage. Then the next unit they sent us too also had water damage and the refrigerator also leaked and the water heater was leaking also all over the carpet which they fixed the next day but did not clean the carpet so it’s still wet and stained from the water damage. The dryer stopped working also so had to go upstairs to dry our clothes. The bathtub in the master suite had mold in the jets so you could not take a bath. The bedroom also had water damage in the bedroom. The overall stay was horrible and the manager will not get back with us to give us a refund.

Overall, a little dated, but nice. Easy walk to the lake and convenient to Branson and other attractions.

Very Basic Unit

We visit Branson several times a year and always book through VRBO. This is the only time I’ve been less than happy with our condo. We reserved a two bedroom, two bath and the first thing we realized, only two wash clothes in the condo. Then I found that the pillows on the beds were extremely old and flat. The vertical blinds were so old that we couldn’t push them back to go out on the deck without them breaking. At the end of our stay and I’m stripping the bed (as requested) the pillows had huge yellow stains on them and need to be thrown away! The kitchen, although equipped with everything to cook with, there are no extras such as salt and pepper. For the price and “resort fees” and “insurance” that they charged , which we’ve never paid in the past, I feel it could be updated and offer a few amenities. It did serve our purpose, but we will not book with this condo again.

Sliver Dollar City stay

Great location. Allowed us to take grandson back for nap and return to park for a train ride. Only suggestion: bed sheets are dated and bumpy. They and older towels could use an update, but overall enjoyable stay in a great property.
