« This was a cooler weekend but the ac did not get cool enough. We did not have cold water and the breakfast was good. Great location and friendly staff. We didn't visit the pool but it is indoors which is a plus as well »

« Hot breakfast with scrambled eggs, waffles, toast, sausage, and cereal. Not a big choice of items but very fresh. Room was very clean, staff is very friendly and competent. Plenty of parking. Weve stayed here numerous times and have always been happy. »

« Staff was great. Room was clean. I picked this hotel because of the balcony. However, I was disappointed with many things. 1) The decor. This hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. The moment I walked into the lobby I felt a worn out 80’s vibe. My room had a picture of kittens on the wall. Walking out of my room there was a creepy doll picture staring at me. Whatever, I thought. I am only here to sleep. 2) Speaking of dolls. They are everywhere. They even sell them in the gift shop. 3) The bed....

« Beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast was mediocre. The biscuits were hard and gravy pretty thick. Everything else was hot. Great variety! »

« Exterior room door was in bad condition, dented and cracked paint had been painted over. When I drove up and saw that I almost left. Inside the room had been remodeled and was clean, except it had a bare unfinished concrete floor that had once had carpet. The room was dark and lacking a light by the bed. The one redeeming thing was a great blanket rolled up on top of the bed. »

« Sort of run down. When we checked into our room, we noticed that a 5"x6" hole was ripped out of the carpet in the center of the room next to the hot tub. After looking closer at the hole, the carpet nail strip was exposed with the nails bent sideways, still exposing a danger if stepped on. We checked out of the room without even staying there. No refund. Won't be back. »

« Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety. Bed was a little hard but we did ok with that. Wish they would provide an extra blanket in the room. I forgot to ask for one! The location of this hotel is perfect. So close to great dining and the theaters that we went to. You cannot go wrong with this hotel. »

« Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful. It is very easy to travel to any theater from there. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
