We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We had an amazing room with a terrace near the huge Christmas Tree in the center of the Landings. Also, I can back to the room after cleaning and found one of my earrings on the bathroom counter. I didn't even know I had lost it. I was thrilled to have staff that goes the extra mile. I told the hotel front desk staff about my earring and left a reward for the diligent housekeeper. »

« We were thrilled with the spaciousness of the unit. It was well stocked with items to keep our stay comfortable. We could park right in front of the unit. The whole development was in a gated area with staffed security. We felt very safe. It was cold and rainy when we were there, but access to the fireplace was not allowed until the following week. It would have been nice, but understandable. Our unit had a washer and dryer, so we were even able to go home with clean clothes. »
