This adorable cottage is perfect for those looking to stay in a tiny house! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is located within 5 miles of the SRQ Airport and 10 miles to the white, sandy Gulf beaches.
For those who are looking to stay in a private home that is about the size of a hotel suite, this cottage is for you. Why stay in a hotel surrounded by many other guests, when you can stay in this adorable home?

The features of this tiny house are mighty! The living room features a Queen size sleeper sofa, 50" Smart TV, cable and Wi-Fi Access, a computer desk and chair. The dining area features a small table and 2 chairs...perfect for morning breakfast. The full size kitchen is complete with a range, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Glasses, dishware, bakeware and silverware are all on-site. The bedroom features a Queen Size bed, dresser, nightstand, closet and 42" Smart TV equipped with ROKU. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and linens and towels are provided. To round out this adorable Florida cottage, there is a shaded patio with a charcoal grill out back. Need to wash your clothes, don't worry, there is an on-site washer & dryer. Between the Queen Size bed in the Bedroom and the Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, this cottage offers sleeping for 4!

The Tiny Florida Retreat is located in Bradenton which is just North of Sarasota and South of Tampa. Area attractions include the Gulf Beaches, Selby Gardens, the Ringling Museum, IMG Academy, the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and the South Florida Museum.

For those of you who like to shop, the UTC Mall is located only 10 miles away. Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's and Dillard's are the anchor stores...while the Cheesecake Factory, Seasons 52 and Brio are the main restaurants. There are many more shops and dining opportunities in the area. For those who love the Outlet Malls, the Ellenton Outlet Mall is approximately 20 minutes away.

For the sport enthusiasts, Bradenton is the Spring Training home to the Pittsburg Pirates and Sarasota is the Spring Training home the Baltimore Oriels. Both stadiums are only minutes away.

This adorable cottage is perfect for those looking to vacation in sunny Florida...those who may be taking advantage of offerings at IMG...or for those who come down for the entire season to enjoy the glorious weather.

My trip was for spring training and photography of wildlife. The house was as described and had all the kitchen stuff needed for the couple of meals I made while there. There was a Publix and I believe a Winn-Dixie near by as well as a sports bar just around the corner that had large portions. Communication with the host was very quick and she answered all questions in a timely manor.

The cottage was as represented in the listing. Very clean! Pam was easy to communicate with and replied to texts quickly. Even sent a video showing how to set up pull out couch. We didn’t use the couch but that could be a helpful tool. Very quiet neighborhood on a dead end section of the street. We arrived late at night due to flight changes and the property was well lit which we appreciated. Kitchen had all we needed. We didn’t cook at the cottage but it was nice to have a fridge and a few reusable containers and a cooler to put lunches in for our daily excursions. We used two of the beach chairs as well as beach towels. Nice lodging for our Anna Maria Island and surrounding area visit.

Property was clean and comfortable. It took us about 40 minutes to drive to the beach, traffic was heavy almost every time we went. Beaches were very nice, but very crowded. We usually spend time on the Outer Banks at Hatteras NS. It is considerably less crowded than Florida. We were not prepared for the amount of traffic that we encountered. Everywhere. We may return to the area, but will stay closer to the beach. This is no fault of the property or the owner, just the amount of traffic we ran into in Bradenton.

Perfect little cottage!

I came to Bradenton for a class at the Dragon Rises College of Oriental Medicine. The cottage was a half mile walk from the cottage so I could walk to class and even go back for my lunch break. The cottage was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Pam was so easy to work with and very responsive to messages. If I ever come back to Bradenton, I hope the cottage is available!

Loved the Tiny Cottage

We were located between friends and lots of activities. Beach, museums, theatre, music, great restaurants. Cottage was clean. Very well furnished. Great kitchen utensils, fridge, stove, coffee maker toaster. Proximity to airport was not an issue for us. Owner was very responsive to one issue. Forgot to mention great laundry. Nice little patio on back.

This place is perfect for 2 people, awesome price, very clean and cute all over. They had extra beach towels, coolers, umbrella, and they softest sheets and towels. The host quickly responded to our requests immediately. It was just one of the best places we have every stayed at !!

Perfect cozy little cottage

The property was beautiful and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. The private porch in the back was beautiful and a nice place to cool down after a day at the beach. We loved every minute of our stay! Highly recommend!
