Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire house and property grounds, including 4 large bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, the screened-in pool area, hot tub, pickleball court, playground, game room, and all other amenities provided for guest use. The outside shed and any areas labeled as "Private" or "Owner's closet" are excluded from guest access.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood just a short drive to beaches, restaurants and attractions.



Getting Around:

There is plenty of parking for 6 cars in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

Ring camera at the front door.

• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.

• Please note that a $85 pet fee per pet per stay applies, with a max of 2 pets. Kindly inform us if you'll be bringing your furry friends so we can send you the fee request promptly.

• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.

• We ask all guests to read and agree to our house rules prior to booking. House rules can be found under the "House Rules" tab on Airbnb. Please click on "show more." No loud parties or gatherings are permitted.

• Please follow the Hot Tub Rules posted at the hot tub.

• Please take note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a Check In Form prior to your arrival.
