The decor of this condo will have you feeling right at home, with gorgeous wood floors and eloquent furnishings, wall art and breathtaking views. The balcony right outside sliding glass doors allows you to look out over the soft white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and the mystic waters of the Gulf of Mexico!

The free trolley also makes a stop on Gulf Drive, very close to the Marbella Villas. Take the trolley to the beach or anywhere else you want to visit on the island without worrying about getting sand in your car. Visit downtown Anna Maria Island, Holmes Beach, or any of the local restaurants or establishments. You can even jump on the trolley for just a scenic ride around the island! Beautiful Beach Front

Marbella Villa #1 was a great place to stay in a great location. Easy check in and out with great communication from management! All the amenities needed including a well stocked kitchen if you want to stay in to cook. Right on the beach for the beautiful Florida sunsets right from the screened in balcony! Also within close walking distance to two fabulous restaurants and a short walk to Historic Bridge Street for shops, food and music! Highly recommend Marbella Villa #1 for a great stay!

Awesome place right on the beach

The pictures are accurate, this place is well kept and is in a great location right on the beach. Beach chairs are available and the beach was really never too crowded. We rented a golf cart for the week and drove all over the island, though you can also travel by car. Definitely a great place if you’re looking to enjoy the beach without all the crowds of a Destin or Gulf Shores type location.

Condo had a beautiful view and was very convenient to the beach. The two small concerns were the door leading to spiral stairs was rotted. There was a mildew oder in the main shower. Overall though it was a great week staying there.

The location is perfect, beautiful beach view..Kitchen accessories well stocked...except NO ice cream scooper, lol.The living room rugs need to be replaced or removed as the edges curl up creatuing a fall hazard. the showers need some type of safety bar for the elderly to hold onto(my 86 yr old mother was afraid of falling every time she took a showerWe checked in on a Saturday and by sat night the elevator didn't work for 2 days no elevator but it was resolved monday.. all in all it was a wonderful vacation, the managment was very quick to respond...king sizebed very comfortable..

Good location, Great views.

The location is in a convenient location of Anna Maria. I like Bradenton beach better than Holmes beach. The condo is spacious and as described. It was nice to have a pool along with the ocean. One drawback is that there is a public entrance to the beach right next to unit, so there was some noise from that (not a ton) and kinda crowded beach. View cannot be beat. You can see the water even just laying on the couch.

I loved staying here, except! The mattresses were unbearable. I ended up sleeping on the couch.

A great place, lots of extras on dishes, pots & pans, games, puzzles BUT the mattresses are need to be replaced. I would come back every year and recommend to my friends if the mattresses were replaced with higher quality ones. I ended up sleeping on the couch with extra blankets to lay on.

The View Doesn’t Stop

The view, the big beautiful condo, the parking, the location — actually ON the beach! Unbelievable! We had 3 grown kids and the two of us and still had room to spare. There is a wonderful screen porch the full length of the corner unit so you get an unlimited peaceful breeze and a view that just keeps on going. The layout of the condo gives people their privacy and room to be together. We had no unhappy campers on this trip. The island itself is a treat, especially with the free trolley running all day up and down the island. There are other beaches to explore (but really, why bother?) and lots of charm everywhere. We will return to this wonderful home again.

Great Location with amazing view!!

The location and view are definitely the reason for staying in the place. Great ocean front condo that allowed us to come and go to the beach easily. Pros- location, view of the ocean from hallway and kitchen/living room, heated pool and hot tub, elevator for my senior mother, large island in kitchen. Cons- the dish ware was not enough for 5 people. Too many rugs in the kitchen and family room. Not sure the last time that rugs was cleaned in living/dining rooms The corners of the rugs are all curled up and a trip hazard for my senior mother. We had to tape down the corner for the week. Bed comfort I would rate as a 3 not terrible, but not to comfy. The one bed in the front room was very noisy every time we turned. The throw pillows on the couch are so dirty. They need to do away with them. Cleaning is just your basic vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms. The cabinets were sticky by the stove, rug and throw pillows are filthy. The screens are all torn and you can’t see outside many of the room windows. Thankfully the ocean view was compromised. Master bedroom needs a dresser instead of using the closet selves. We enjoyed ourselves. Would go back, but would hope it was cleaned a little better and the noisy bed replaced

Bradenton Beach Get-A-Way

Property was very spacious. Wonderful views! Easy access! Rooms are darker than they appear in pictures. Several bulbs were burned out and needed to be replaced. Bedrooms are nice and cool. Front area seemed much warmer than master bedroom. However, I would absolutely stay there again!!!!

Wonderful!

My family of 4 stayed here for a week in mid-May and it was great! The condo was a great size, the view was spectacular, and the beach-front location cannot be beat. The condo is a little dated but so are the majority of the condo/hotel options in this part of the island. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property. Great location. The only negative is the balcony is screened in which obstructs the ocean view. I get why it’s screened as there r lots of blackbirds around. But just know this before renting We still loved it

Awesome location

The location on the beach is awesome and it’s close to everything. I agree with the previous reviews about the cleanliness of the condo. We are paying a cleaning fee so you think it would be clean but a good job wasn’t done in the cleaning department. Also the condo needs some serious updates. The carpet in the bedrooms is simply disgusting and needs to be torn out. Could use a paint job also.

Pros & cons

Here are the pros and cons. Pros: the location is phenomenal! It is literally steps from the ocean. The view is amazing, its spectacular and worth the stay. The beds are comfortable and clean. I loved the setup of the place, bedrooms all on one side, long hallway where you can see the ocean just within steps inside the apartment. You can see up and down the beach from the living room and kitchen, its just a stunning view. I loved the washer and dryer right in the room. Great tv's in every room and the L shaped couch was very comfortable. Cons: it is in need of serious deep cleaning. The cabinets and doors are all grimy and sticky, enough that you can visually see the dirt. The walls are dirty in the bathrooms and the carpet, especially in the master bedroom, is filthy dirty and needs replaced. It's really nasty, we wore our shoes the entire time. The bath rugs need either replaced or at least washed, I could see footprints from previous renters. The kitchen was moderately stocked, ex: 3 dishtowels for 7 days? We opened a window in the master bedroom and the window literally fell inside the room. Thank goodness it didn't fall down below to the sidewalk, could have seriously injured someone (was reported). There are no clips holding the windows in, they are basically just sitting in the window sill. The elevator is nasty as well. It smells like it had been sprayed for bugs and in general, was filthy. All that said, it was worth the stay and we would stay again strictly because of its location and spectacular view! Let me add, we did not contact about the cleanliness of the place because this is more than just wiping counters off. It needs seriously scrubbed and we were on vacation and not interested in having people there cleaning, especially during a covid crisis. Ex: the edge of the counter tops have visible grime, no way somebody can't see that.

Great view, location. Property needs some maintenance

We enjoyed our stay. However we thought that the apartment could be more clean. We also encountered broken lamps, flickering lights in the bathroom and the door knob of the door that leads to the beach is malfunctioning. We also came to realize that the umbrella is broken. Also there was a day where the WiFi router was turned off for updates. However they did not inform us of such event and one person in my party was working from home. We called the property manager and her response was we figured everyone would be at the beach so we did not notify the guests. Overall a good experience the apartment view is beautiful and right at the beach but there is some maintenance that needs to be done.

Thanksgiving week

What a blessing the past week has been! I find all previous reviews to be accurate. Needs some updating, needs better cleaning service, but it wouldn’t keep us from staying here again. You are paying for the location, which is amazing. The sand is literally at the end of the steps! Moms if you have littles, this is a great option. Whether you’re at the pool or beach, you’re only a couple minutes from the condo. We have young twenties that hopped on the trolley and hit Bridge st. We have teens who bounced back and forth between pool and beach. We also have two year old. Who had us back and forth! It was so nice to just take baby upstairs and come back down. You could move on the fly vs packing for hours! Beach towels and lines provided! That’s like an extra suitcase if you’re driving! We had beautiful weather at mid to upper 70’s all week! We’ll be back!
