Awesome First Stay on AMI

Great townhouse! Awesome location! Memorable family vacation! Loved the well equipped condo with all the beachy details, comfortable beds, and private, screened-in balcony. We really appreciated the beach access via a short walk across the street and the beach locker. The condo is close to a free public trolley stop or is just a very short car ride away from restaurants, bars, a Publix grocery store, shops, and other attractions. The well supplied kitchen and the comfortable open living space made for some memorable family time. Very responsive communication from Chris as well before and during our stay. It was a wonderful vacation and we look forward to returning!

Amazing!

We had a wonderful stay at BBC. The property is so nice, spacious and comfortable. You can’t beat the location; right across from the unit is the pool and hot tub, a quick walk right across the street to the beach and another pool, and right at a trolley stop! The owners are very responsive and everything was very smooth! Will definitely stay here again when we return to AMI. 100% recommend!

Excellent Spring Break Week

We have been coming to the area for years and really enjoy the weather and the beaches. The location was great and we loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Our family really enjoyed sharing meals on the patio as well as the well-supplied kitchen. Locker close to the beach was an added bonus to keep the beach gear right next to our resting spot.

We had a wonderful stay in this townhouse. It suited our family of 4 perfectly. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, and beautiful porch to relax in. Location is quiet and steps from the beach. Pools are warm in April and refreshing! Beautiful stay

Perfect Location on AMI

The perfect location to see all of Anna Maria Island (AMI). Bradenton Beach is right in the middle. Just a short walk to the back of the property to a private boardwalk for BBC residents to a covered swing that looks over the back waterway. We watched dolphins and waved to boaters going past. A short walk up the street and cross over Gulf Drive to the beach access for BBC residents. We were able to get to each end of the AMI easily by car and by the free trolley.The unit we stayed in was very nice and very clean.Chris was a Great host and responded quickly to all of my communications.I recommend this listing to anyone.

Home away from home

We have been coming to Anna Maria for a couple years now but this was our first time staying at BBC. We loved everything about this place. It was modern, clean, and felt very safe with kiddos. We had little ones and there was PLENTY of space for them and all that they come with when traveling! The two pools, one on the beach when were having a beach day, and then the one super close to our condo was convenient when we didn't want to haul everything to the beach. The kitchen was fully equip. The location of the condo was perfect for us. There is plenty of parking and storage room in the garage. Lastly Chris, the property manager, made sure that we had everything that we needed upon check-in. He was prompt to respond with any questions we had and I was so thankful for ALL of his help along the way! We plan to make this place our home away from home once a year. We loved it so much and can't wait to return and bring our littles back to make all the memories on this perfect little island!

This place is amazing! So very clean and spacious for our family of 6. Kitchen has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. The price is incredibly affordable for such a nice place. I already booked this place for next summer before we even departed this year!

Great property with awesome location

This property is amazing! It is large enough for our family with separate sleeping and living area. The beds were very comfortable. The location was across the street from the community’s private beach access. Near the beach they also had a rinse of area. Pool was good to take a dip in. Garage was very large to fit all our beach essentials and golf cart. Property had its own elevator which came in handy when we arrived and departed with all our things. I was nervous at first with the elevator as we have small children, but the unit itself is child proof. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough to move around in. Our property manager Chris was very quick to answer all our questions before and during our trip. We will definitely be back!

GREAT VACATION!!!

Thank you so much for our wonderful week that we spent at your place. We had a great time. We rented a golf cart for the week and had an excellent time. The photos were exactly what it was supposed to be. The price of our stay was very very very reasonable. Our only downfall was we had construction on the roof all week due to the rain the prior week it couldn’t get completed before we arrived. We had our 4 year old and it hard to get her naps with the roof work. This is no fault of owner, it was kind of annoying. 5 stars all around Thanks again!!!

AMI 2024 May Top Location

Unser Aufenthalt (4 Erwachsene) war super. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Fragen wurden von Chris umgehend beantwortet. Viel Platz, zentrale Lage trotzdem sehr ruhig, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Fast direkte Strandlage. Der Locker am Strand mit Sonnenschirmen und Stühlen ist super. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Pleasant surprise

This home was so much more than we expected! The rooms are very spacious, the living room with the large tv was perfect for our family on the downtime and the kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING we couldve wanted or needed. There is little storage for food outside of the fridge, but we ate out most nights so it didnt bother us! It was the perfect location, right in the middle of the island and close to Cortez bridge. There is access to a pavillion that overlooks the bay and a beach access directly across the street, both of these features were a surprise to us and made our stay 1000% better. The community is quiet and we felt very safe. A short walk to the pool which was very nice and bigger than it seems in the picture. Smoqehouse restaurant is right at the end of the road and makes for a delicious dinner or lunch! We have already discussed rebooking for next year. Thank you so much for allowing us to call this home for our vacation!

Great property that is centrally located in the beautiful island of Anna Maria, and our unit was right across from the beach! All the amenities needed and especially loved the spacious balcony for that outdoor living feel! Beds were comfy and condo was comfortable and tropically decorated! Chris the property manager was excellent with communications! Will definitely book again!

Great stay!

This townhome was wonderful! Very clean, nicely decorated and spacious. Nice private balcony as well. This is 3 stories with the garage on the bottom, main living/kitchen area on 2nd floor with half bath. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and laundry room. All bedrooms had tv’s. We only used the master though. It also has an elevator which was awesome taking our luggage up and down. The property manager also communicated well and was helpful. The only cons were not enough towels and wash clothes if you had the max amount of people. For us it was ok because just two of us. Also, the master king bed is really hard and was a little rough on our already messed up backs lol. Other than that the place was absolutely perfect and is also close to everything!

The property was exactly as stated! It was a lovely place to stay. Lots of room for the entire family. Chris was great if a problem arose. I would highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet relaxing vacation. Just a short walk to the beach and pool was just a few steps away.

Trip Down Memory Lane

Two generations of my family retired on LBK from 1969 - 2004. We don’t have any family in Florida anymore and came back to reminisce the good ole days. Chose this property because we have stayed in another unit at BBC 10+ years ago. We love the back dock and easy beach access and the proximity to restaurants. We also love the size of the unit. We didn’t use the pools as they are small and the weather was perfect and the beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.
