Chambres d'hôtes de rêve à Bracknell

« ★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...

« Place was decent and had a good nights sleep. »

« Lovely spacious rooms and really friendly bar/restaurant with a good atmosphere bearing in mind it was a Monday night. Food choice and quality was excellent. »

« nice people, very friendly and helpful, great breakfast »

« Starting with the owner who was very helpful. The quaint and quiet location was ideal for getting to Heathrow Airport. Using bus 442 it was an easy short trip from across the street to Staines and an awesome amount of shopping and entertainment and restaurants. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was quiet, and the feel was like a bread and breakfast without the breakfast. Considering the price, location, and quality of stay I highly recommend The Lodge. If you...
