Ski-in/ski-out Disciples Village Condo | Gas Fireplace | 5 BR | Sleeps 18!

Welcome to our 5 Bedroom ski-in/ski-out condo in Disciples Village #652 - perfect for a slopeside vacation! Only 100 feet from the brand new Disciples 8 lift it is easy to get your skiing started, and with lift operations right outside the window you can keep track of what is going on when resting. Remodeled in 2020.
The entire home has new mattresses, new bedding, and new flooring in each of the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This property easily accommodates up to 18 guests. Both kitchens are outfitted with new appliances, granite countertops, new flooring and refinished cabinets. The upper and lower level living areas have new large screen TVs and new furniture to allow you to gather together after an exciting day.
The main floor has a master and queen bedrooms. The master has a king bed and an ensuite full bathroom with a new custom tiled walk-in shower. The queen bedroom has two queen beds with a remodeled full bathroom right around the corner.
The upper level bedroom has two queen bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom.
The lower level has another kitchen and living area along with two bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. One bedroom has two full beds, and the other bedroom has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom. There is a washer and dryer set on this level as well.
Lastly, enjoy the serenity of all that surrounds, as you enjoy a family or friends grill out on your private patio area. For you enjoyment, and added pleasure, there is a picnic table situated in the garden area with a gas grill (propane provided) to truly take in all the Northern Michigan has to offer.
The Area:
Boyne Mountain is a golfer and skier's paradise offering the top-rated skiing and snowboarding and golf courses in the Midwest. Boyne also has one of the largest water parks in the Midwest, tennis courts, Deer Lake/Beach, and several dining options. Golf, skiing and snowboarding lessons are available at the resort. We highly recommend purchasing lift tickets, ski rentals and booking tee times for golf in advance. For details regarding resort amenities, please contact the resort directly for pricing on their day passes and lift tickets.
Deer Lake is a public lake for you to enjoy, and 7 miles away is Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City.
Looking for a Day Trip? Visit Mackinac Island or Sleeping Bear Dunes. These are just a few options during your visit in Northern Michigan!

I brought large pans bc we had 18 people but they had a couple nice size pots that helped too. 2 refrigerators worked great for lots of food and drinks. We prepared and ate every meal in house. I would love a larger eating n gathering area upstairs but the kids ate n played downstairs so it worked out fine. The bedrooms were big and wonderful! Entrance area was big enough for 18 pairs of boots and provided a fun find your boot game with every outing! The waterpark was amazing for an all day activity for us bc most of us did not ski. The skybridge lit up for Christmas was absolutely amazing. We plan to return next year for our family Christmas.

This was the perfect place for our family. It had all the amenities we needed & room to lay back and relax. Would highly recommend. We used the water park which was outstanding and the Sky Bridge was fantastic. They had not opened for skiing yet.

Rooms and layout was great. Location to lift was perfectly convenient. We will probably stay here again in the future. We only wish there was a bathtub in the master suite. Overall, this is a great place to bring a big family.

This place is a great location! Ski-in/ski-out to Disciples 8-person lift. Shuttle can be called to take non-skiers to the village area. Lots of bedrooms & beds. "Common" areas are small, but we made it work!

What a wonderful stay!

The property is fabulous! Easy access on arrival day, spotless and at a fabulous spot for ski in/ski out. Those who didn't ski could put chairs out the back door directly on the ski slope and watch the group using the Disciples 8 chairlift. Kids could check in with parents, grab a bite or a water and head right back out. The house slept all 18 of us in beds - and, all beds were SUPER comfortable. Great sound insulation between floors allowed 3 groups to do what they wished without affecting anyone else. Everything you could need - kitchen utensils and cooking equipment, boot driers - you think you'll need it, they probably have it! 2 large spots for cars with room for the other 3 directly across the street. Very handy and made it very easy to transport a group that size if anyone needed to leave the hillside. The neighbor is fabulous - outgoing, glad to have us there and helpful to the point of coming out on the slope to take a group picture! We plan to stay here again, without a doubt!

An amazing property

My family and I came to celebrate my brothers first heavenly birthday and we had such and amazing time. It was cozy for intimate moments while also having enough space for us to separate when we wanted to. I’ll give this house a 10/10. Girls Boyne Golf Trip 2022

The condo was Great for all 14 girls. I wish there were more mirrors in the bedrooms because if someone is in the bathroom you could use the mirror to blow dry or put on makeup. Beautiful place would definitely rent again! The weather was perfect & so was the golf & company! The beds were very comfortable.
