The closest lift is a walkable 100 yards away. This condo is comfy, cozy, and bright. With a wall of windows, natural light floods this beautiful condo. High ceilings make the 350 sq feet seam a bit larger. Being an end unit it offers a lot of privacy.




We live right around the corner and are happy to be your local concierge! Whatever your request, we can probably help you out or send you in the right direction. We can also be available at a moment's notice in case there is an issue that needs to be resolved.

Boyne Mountain has a lot to offer whether you are a first time guest or have been coming Up North all your life! 5 minutes from picturesque Boyne City and 15 minutes from Petoskey, the options are endless. The condo is located 100 yards for ski lift.

You won't get bored if you intend to remain on property throughout your stay but if you decide to venture out you will find a ton of options. Avalanche Preserve in Boyne City has miles of hiking and biking trails and panoramic views of Lake Charlevoix.

This is a private condo with external access. You are also welcome to enjoy the amenities of Boyne Mountain. Restaurants, shops, nightly activities all within walking distance and on property at Boyne Mountain.
On property there is also access to tennis courts, swimming pools, hot tub, gym, golf, water park, lake access at Deer Lake, lawn games, skiing, tubing, and salon.

This condo is 350 sq. feet. It is wonderfully laid out to make the most use of every corner.
It is a studio condo and there is a king bed with new full couch. This is an end unit with wonderful natural light. It is located on the second floor with no elevator.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.
