This amazing property has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep 18 people. It has 3 floors and 2 full kitchens.

1st floor has a bedroom with a king bed and bunkbeds / bathroom and 2 futons in the living room. There is also a kitchen and dining table on the 1st floor.

2nd floor has 2 bedrooms (room 1 has a king size bed; room 2 has two queens), 2 bathrooms, dining area, living room, and a full kitchen.

3rd floor is a one bedroom (2 queen beds) and full bathroom.

The condo is a non-smoking unit, pet free and kept sparkling clean. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the condo.

Boyne charges for most all of its amenities so inquire at the front desk of the Mountain Grand Lodge for any fees they would charge.

This rental was perfect for our large family group! The space on the main floor was adequate for everyone to play games and watch sports each day…and the large section was SO comfortable! The location was perfect. Quick walk to the 8 man lift and was able to ski back right up to the condo. The communication with the owner was great. No issues and would definitely rent again!

Clean and Spacious!!!

My family and I had a great winter break experience here. Close enough to the lifts the kids could walk and if they wanted to be lazy we could call the shuttle. At first I thought “what do I need two kitchens for”, but is was nice to kick all the kids out of the adult kitchen. So many rooms, so many bathrooms, plenty of beds. Nice to have a washer and dryer, especially for all the wet hats and gloves. Hosts were very responsive and pleasent. For what I paid this place was a steal. Thank you!!!

This condo was superb! Very spacious and clean. It was also very close to Boyne Village for a good night out on the town for drinks and entertainment. The Sky Bridge was an added perk being so close to the propety as well. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Getaway

The location at Boyne was fine but the host advertised "heated pool" as an amenity and that was not available to condo guests. I even messaged the host a couple weeks prior to our stay to make sure the heated pool was included that they had listed as we had some teens there were excited to swim. Items were broken (coffee pot, vacuum) and there were 3 pull-out sofas but only two sets of sheets, one comforter and one pillow to cover all 3 sofas. Overall the home is not very clean, the showers had a lot of mold growing in them and the bath towel I went to use was stained.

Issues upon checking in with he unit having a musty smell that would not go away. One shower head fell off upon initial use. Also, coffee pot as left unclean with Browns in pot. The worst part was mold in shores in bathrooms.

We stayed as a Girl Scout troop, the girls loved having one whole floor to themselves. Everything was wonderful, the only small glitch was we couldn’t figure out the basement TV, Which worked out to our advantage because the girls played games.

We booked this condo for the space and location for of our Girl Scouts troops end of the year trip. We have a large group of girls and adults. Therefore we were very excited to find a place we could all stay in together. The owners were very quick to answering our questions and concerns. This condo is beautiful and has so much room. We had an amazing time together and are greatful for finding this gem of a place.
