'We stayed here for 2 nights in a comfortable suite. The property was very pleasant, as were the staff. Parking was easy and safe. Strange that a hotel of this class doesn't have a bar or restaurant though. I know they offer a glass of wine in the evening, but having to walk 10 minutes to find somewhere to go for a nightcap we found unusual. Feels more like a wedding venue than a full-service hotel. Breakfast was very good.'

'My room was clean, nothing extravagant, and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the breakfast; the food was fresh, the coffee was delicious, and the overall presentation was excellent. The food service manager was delightful. She was welcoming to everyone, but not overbearing, and made sure customers were satisfied.'

'The hotel is dated and dark and needs upkeep. I paid for a king-size room, but the internet connection didn't work there, so I had to be moved to a double, which was just as dark, with torn carpet and broken lampshades. The internet connection did work there, but the TV stopped working after a while. The following day, I was offered to move to other rooms, each with different problems of their own: loud air conditioning, and no internet connection again (even though it was an "upgrade"). I...

'We have stayed here before, and it was a great experience. However, our second time not as good. I feel like the cleanliness could be better in such a high priced and nice downtown facility. Bathroom floors looked dirty, and one of the two beds was very creaky every time you moved on it. The toilet seat had been tightened crooked so you were sitting on the underneath part if you sat on the toilet. However, the beds felt very clean and the large window is very nice on a high floor.'

'The breakfast spread was excellent; the server kept the food areas clean and filled the trays when needed. Great service, friendly staff, and great food and drinks at the bar. The room was clean upon arrival, bathroom just needed newer towels and bathtub.'

'This property was filthy, gross, disgusting!!! We left and got a nice room elsewhere. You should not recommend this place to anyone!!!!'

'The room upon arrival was clean and attractive. Sadly no one informed us that to have the room cleaned and attended to you had to ask for this service. The next day when we returned the room had not been attended to. The breakfast service was the same food every day for the 4 nights we spent there, always a self service buffet. We felt that there was a definite disconnect between the owners of the Inn and the guests. Not the norm when staying at a B&B .'

'The property had a few items in my room that didn’t work like the phone the shades of the window didn’t open. I could never get connected to the WIFI, and the microwave didn’t heat food proper. Lamps in the room would not cut on. Was very disappointed from the previous time I stayed at the same hotel in February of 2026.'
