Established on 300 m2 of zen gardens, this villa futures 28 m2 infinity pool with black lava stone & azure blue mosaic. Our pool area has sun loungers, sun umbrella and outdoor waterfall shower.

Pronoia villa is built in modern Balinese style with natural tropical ambiance and 150m2 of living space. Decorated with rose wood floors and ceilings and anthracite lava stone cladded walls, this villa exemplifies the mastery of materials and workmanship.
Furnishings have been created from recycled ancient ship timbers, minimalist metal and black granite. Combining modern features & healthy respect of old, villa features architectural wood elements repurposed artistically as headboards, entrances and outdoor embellishments.
Fully appointed modern kitchen with island bar, microwave, oven, stove, fridge and freezer combo. Living room features a natural fabric sofa with plenty of cushions, 50’ smart tv, blu-ray blue-tooth home theatre, antique coffee & side tables.

Villa accommodates 4 guests in a spacious bedroom with an unsuited bathroom and is large enough to comfortably accommodate an extra child bed.

The bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, walk around double wardrobe, full body mirror, wood bench, writing desk and armchair. Panoramic sliding glass doors lead into the pool terrace with full pool view.
