Beach Cottage 2205

You’ll love the Beach Cottages complex, a tropical paradise on soft white sands. Enjoy a dip in the heated pool after sun-kissed days on the shore.
The space
This is an updated condo with all new finishes and coastal décor. Inside you’ll find a spacious layout with all the comforts of home. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a full suite of appliances and generous granite counter space. Enjoy the beautiful sunset from the Gulf views from your private balcony. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and large shower. The shower is equipped with grab bars and a bench.


Provided beach gear and a private washer/dryer add convenience.

WHAT’S NEARBY:

Located just south of Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores is a small, 19-block beach community with a friendly atmosphere and brilliant sunsets. Make sure to visit the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, Splash Harbour Water Park, Candy Kitchen and great local seafood restaurants.

Parking:

Assigned parking is available for one vehicle. Please ensure the parking pass is displayed at all times in order to avoid a fine and/or towing. Additionally, there are guest parking spaces in the front of the complex, to the right of the entrance and are available on a first come basis.
Other things to note
There is a full size murphy bed wall unit in the living room. It is perfectly placed so that no furniture needs to be rearranged. Just pull the bed down when you are ready to unwind.

We have stayed at different properties at Beach Cottages for over 20 years, but this has to be our favorite. The apartment was super clean, we did not lack for anything when it came to appliances and amenities. But most importantly were the hosts. Communication was fantastic and they accommodated our every need, without question. We would highly recommend this property and we will be back. Thank you so much George and Cindy for everything and making our trip memorable.

Our stay at Beach Cottages 2205 was wonderful! George and Cindy thought of everything and they always responded immediately to any questions. The 2nd floor was very nice as we could look right out at the heated pool and the gulf. Stay here, you wont regret it!

Almost As Comfy As Home, And At The Beach!

The better half and I have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and I can honestly say, this unit was the cleanest and most comfortable of the lot! It's pretty rare to have a bed as comfortable as this in any rental. We like to enjoy our morning tea and coffee sitting on the balcony whenever we rent and this one was perfect because it is shaded until mid-afternoon keeping it a bit cooler. The location is great too...close to our favorite restaurant in the area, Salt Rock Grill, among many other fine eateries. Thanks for sharing it with us!

Beautifully Decorated Condo

We had an incredible stay at this condo! If you are looking for a relaxing beach getaway that has all the amenities you need- look no further because you have found your own little piece of paradise. The hosts are so gracious and have literally thought of everything, so all you need to do is relax. Having a wagon, backpack cooler, chairs, beach toys and floating chairs as well as boogie boards for the kids was an awesome addition to this unit. It made getting to the beach a breeze! The murphy bed was also exceptional and was easy to lift back up whenever it wasn't in use- allowing for more space in the condo. Having a full kitchen was also very helpful, and we enjoyed cooking a lot of our meals. We also thoroughly appreciated the beautiful and serene decor that the owners so thoughtfully selected. You can tell that they take great care of their condo and are such exceptional hosts, who truly want you to just relax and have a good time. George and Cindy- thank you so much for your graciousness and allowing us to stay in your home. You went above and beyond and your communication was superb. We loved everything about your condo and would highly recommend it to anyone who desires a relaxing beach vacation. Thank you again for everything! We hope to come back again soon!
