- Check-in from 3.00PM onwards.
- Checkout before/by 12:00 PM. Early check-in/check-out must be advised a day before and is subject to availability.
- Additional car park is available at the visitor’s car parking area and is subject to availability from service apartment.
- Cleaning fee is collected once per stay, Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a fee of RM50 per cleaning.
- Please take care of the access card and keys and keep it with you safely at all times. Any loss of access card will result in a fee of RM200 to be charged, whilst the loss of the house keys will result in a RM500 fine.
- NO SMOKING
Strictly NO SMOKING and NO VAPING anywhere inside the house. Heavy penalty of RM300 will be imposed for any evidence of smoking and vaping.
- NO PETS
Strictly NO PETS in the house.
- NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
Strictly NO ILLEGAL activity or inappropriate anti-social behavior anywhere in the house.

I would want you to have the best stay possible, please feel free have get-togethers, parties, etc. but please take care of my property as how you would yours. Please report any damages at the property to me immediately.

Airport is 63km & 60 minutes by car to our residence.

Alternatively you can take klia express train for rm55/person to KL sentral. From KL sentral take the train to our home. There is a LRT train that is 5 mins drive to our home.
