« This was our 3rd stay, but this time we were abit disappointed. The bedroom was lovely but the bathroom was a wet room. Everything got wet after a shower. the next person went in the floor and toilet seat was wet. The breakfast was really good and free parking. I will look forward to my next stay but will ask not to have the Cheltenham. »

« I was looking for a hotel with an indoor swimming pool, a room with a sea view, close to the city centre and within 130£. And I found the Cumberland. The indoor swimming pool is in the hotel next door ( Suncliff). The staff and the management were brilliant. Always helpful and friendly at all stages. The breakfast starts at 7 am and was quite comfortable. The restaurant and the bar are very cosy. The only negative part is that the walls between rooms are very thin but… the clientele was good...
