The Lauzières residence is located in the heart of Charvet village.You can put on your skis right at the residence’s entrance and easily access the "Vagère" chairlift and the "Transarc" gondola to explore the ski slopes.

Everything you need is just steps away: shops, a medical office, and a daycare for children. The ESF ski school is only a 5-minute walk away.

🚗 Parking:
Parking in Arc 1800 is paid, and parking fees are not included in the rental price. However, several options are available:
✔ Lauzières outdoor parking (close to the residence)
✔ Charvet covered parking
Reservation recommended for the Charvet covered parking, especially during school holidays, to guarantee your spot.

Free shuttles run every 20 minutes in winter and every hour in summer, making it easy to get around the resort. They also connect you to the Bourg-Saint-Maurice TGV station.
