We visited during Ramadan Brunei, which makes it more difficult to explore Brunei, so better to prevent visting Brunei during that time.'

'The pool was almost always crowded since the hotel regularly holds swimming classes for non-guests. It felt a bit inconvenient for hotel guests who just wanted to relax and enjoy the pool, as it didn’t provide the quiet or private atmosphere you would normally expect.'

"Qua service heb je echt een 5 sterren ervaring. Het eten was heerlijk (hoewel wel prijzig voor Maleisie). Er is niet heel veel in de omgeving, maar dat wisten wij van te voren. Wij wilden echt even een paar dagen niets. Tip: huur een golfkarretje op de golfbaan om wildlife (otters) te bekijken. Het hotel is wel aan wat onderhoud toe, het zou zonde zijn als het gaat vervallen. Wij hadden geüpgraded naar de Ocean Wing, maar we vonden de kamer die we kregen echt niet de upgrade waard. Dit is door het personeel goed opgelost. "
