« 1st room air conditioner wasn't working, reported it and then told it was just replaced today. Had to wait for maintenance to come back from break, then the story was he was off and had to wait for him to return because he had been called back, couldn't put us in another room until he said it wasn't working according to the lady at front desk. After another hour she called us and said she was giving us another room. Next room remote control wasn't working I went to the front desk and asked for...

« Conforme à ce qui était attendu très propre et confortable »

« We were cooked a full breakfast the next morning, had our beds turned down with chocolates and banana bread waiting for us in our room upon arrival. I have never felt so pampered and rested and all this while enjoying the environment of a 140 year old manor. My husband needed some time away from the busy life of teenagers and now we will be back yearly. »

« There was mold in the bathroom of room 128. The room smelled musty. The curtains didn’t block the light from coming in. I had a terrible night’s sleep here. »

« I arrived and went to my room. The lights in the bathroom did not work. They changed my room. Got to the new room, tv remote did not work, no biggie I went downstairs and they put batteries in it. The AC wouldn’t work then in the middle of the night I was woke up by the thermostat making a “ticking” noise. They said they would give me a credit but have not done that. « Aceptable para dormir, desayuno súper básico… café, pan, leche y cereal »

« Séjour agréable. Personnel gentil. La chambre est peut-être vieillotte mais très calme. Malheureux que la piscine n'existe plus mais vous pouvez y aller. Tranquillité. »

« Tres bon service »
