'I was unaware that there was no microwave or any other way to heat or cook food in room. No freezer either. TV kept beffering nonstop on the movie channels. Key kept not working and had to scan 3 times. Overall staff was ok.'

If your kidos try and play with a nerf football your family can enjoy the hotel manager calling the cops for a special night of play! So if you want a great place to stay with these wonderful amenities, loud sirens and fantastic staff this is your place. But do keep an eye on things as the area is as great as the Bates Motel.'

'I always stay at the Red Lion in Kennewick...this time I was in a room for the first time and not quite happy with it. It is called an accessible room but does not have a walk in shower and the toilet is extremely low...I don't call that accessible. I have bad knees so the very low toilet was not good. Also because of my knees and a back problem the shower in a tub was not good for me either...all in all, I would not call this room and don't think it fair for them to advertise it that way!!!...
