'They canceled our stay without stating the reason. In the message they told they refunded our money. They never did Eventually after 2 weeks we got our refund from Expedia after several attempts to reach the hotel. It was the graduation week and our booking that we booked 3 months before cost us $90. Immediately after cancellation their relisted our room for $260. Total scammers. Their phone number they list is a cell phone number that goes straight to a voicemail. Avoid.'

'I booked 2 days and the 2nd night, my partner and I had to work 3rd shift, so I requested a late check out of 1pm and told that would not be an issue. I received a call at 11:45 AM from the management telling me it wasn't ok and if I wasn't out by 12:30 I'd be charged. I'm a disabled full time wheelchair user, so it takes me a long time to get ready. So, I had to wake my partner up and we had to find a way to basically do the impossible or be charged even though the staff made the mistake and...

'The room was awesome loved the walk in shower and the little nook for your towel so you don't even have to get out. Loved the mirror as well and the microwave mini fridge and coffee station it was all hidden only thing I didn't like was paying $15 for parking'

'We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Lansing West and had mixed feelings about the experience. At first glance, the hotel and room appeared clean and well maintained. The common areas were presentable, and the room initially gave a positive impression. Unfortunately, that impression changed when I went to take a shower. I found a used bar of soap left behind on a shower ledge that clearly had not been wiped down between guests. Even more concerning, the shower floor was extremely slippery....

'Overall, the property was fine. Room was clean; staff was friendly; location was right off the highway (convenient); and the area was safe. My only criticism was that the A/C in the lobby either wasn't on or wasn't working, so it was quite warm. Fortunately, the A/C in my room was just fine. I would stay again if I needed a place to stay in that area.'

'Every aspect was great except the pool was dirty and pool area not well kept. My granddaughter swam, but,very cloudy and visible dirt around top edge. Staff was wonderful and breakfast great.'
