The location, neighborhood, and size of the property were fine. However, this property needs work and attention!! First, the cupboards, closets, and laundry room need a MAJOR clean out. There are lots of outdated and useless items that a person will NEVER use (e.g., jello molds, mini baking pans, aperitif glasses, parfait glasses, etc.), along with outdated and useless knicknacks (think grandma's house). Second, the flooring in the entire property needs replacing (think flooring in schools), with a complete gutting of the main bathroom. Third, the Internet connection was horrible the entire time we were there (a month). Finally, all dishes in the kitchen, along with cookware need replacing and organizing. There is stuff everywhere in the cupboards with no organization whatsoever.We have stayed in at least ten rentals in Bonita Springs over the years. Do yourself a favor and scroll right on by this one. You can find better accommodations elsewhere.
