THE LAYOUT
From the moment you step inside the inviting foyer, you'll notice the impeccable attention to detail and luxurious finishes throughout. The heart of the home features an open-concept layout, perfect for entertaining family and guests. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware and small appliances for all your culinary needs. Adjacent, the dining area comfortably seats five people. Located at the back of the home with water views, the spacious primary bedroom suite is a tranquil retreat with a king bed and sliding doors leading directly to the lanai. The large ensuite bathroom features dual vanities, a glass walk-in shower, soaking tub, and ample walk-in closet space. First guest suite is down the hall offering a queen bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, ideal for visiting younger guests. The adjacent full bathroom has a combination shower/tub. Open the French doors into the den/study with desk, ideal for the executive that needs an occasional break from the recreation to get some work done. Study also has a pullout, queen-sized sofa to accommodate additional guests.

• 1st Guest Bedroom: Queen (1), Street View – Sleeps 2
• 2nd Guest Bedroom: Twin Bed (2), Street View – Sleeps 2
• Den/Study: Queen Sofa Bed (2), Street View – Sleeps 2
What we provide for your stay:
• Starter toiletries: toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bar soap, tissue.
• Initial kitchen supplies: paper towel, trash bags, dishwasher soap.
• Laundry detergent

NOTE: All bookings are subject to HOA lease application and approval. Lease application and amenities membership transfer fees are paid by the renter. Utilities are included in monthly rental rates up to a combined monthly cap of $300.00 for electric and water.
