    Met een direct uitzicht op de Golf van Mexico, is de hele leefruimte overspoeld met zonlicht van Florida overdag en de schitterende zonsondergang 's nachts. Boordevol vele extra's die u in een veel grotere ruimte zou verwachten, is het appartement uitzonderlijk schoon, goed onderhouden en wordt het geleverd met zo ongeveer alles wat u nodig heeft om te genieten van uw bezoek aan onze tropische paradijsstad!

    De plattegrond van de studio beschikt over een open keuken, eetbar, leefruimte en gedeeltelijk verdeeld slaapgedeelte. De keuken is volledig uitgerust met alle basisbenodigdheden om het bereiden van maaltijden en dineren tijdens uw verblijf aangenaam te maken.

    De woonkamer is voorzien van grote, extra grote lederen verstelbare meubels en een aan de muur gemonteerde tv met groot scherm, met kabelpakket. De volledig glazen schuifdeuren in de woonkamer openen naar het scherm omsloten balkon. Op het balkon vindt u een paar comfortabele clubachtige stoelen - perfect voor rustige dagen en avonden onder het genot van een drankje, met uitzicht op de Golf.

    De studio is creatief opgedeeld met een gedeeltelijke privacymuur die het woongedeelte scheidt van de slaapruimte. Er is een tv aan de muur met kabelprogrammering, zodat u in bed van tv kunt genieten en kunt genieten van een vredige nachtrust in het kingsize bed met beddengoed van hotelkwaliteit.

    De complete badkamer heeft een extra grote, volledig betegelde inloopdouche.

    Alle beddengoed, bad, keuken en strandlakens zijn inbegrepen.

    In het hele appartement is gratis WiFi beschikbaar.

    Een parasol, strandstoelen en drankkoeler zijn inbegrepen bij deze unit.

    Bonita Beach en Tennis Club biedt tennis, augurk, 2 verwarmde zwembaden en 1 kinderbad, meerdere restaurants in de buurt, een eigen café, 2 liften die elk gebouw bedienen, een gemeenschappelijke wasserette met munten in gebouwen 1, 3 en 5, en is dicht bij het zand van Bonita Beach en al zijn voorzieningen zoals golflopers, paddle boarding, kajakken, etc. Uw verblijf in dit vakantieappartement is inclusief gratis parkeren, zodat u naar het strand kunt lopen, en gratis onbeperkt WiFi. Dit appartement is het perfecte uitje, maar toch dicht bij alle geneugten die Zuidwest-Florida te bieden heeft.

What a great location with beautiful views and very easy beach access. The arrival and departure instructions were very clear and the host extremely friendly.

Great location. Beautiful beach. Clean pools. Area has wonderful restaurants. Owners of this unit must be taller as bathroom vanity unit is higher than standard. Drip coffee maker.

Great location to the beach, the pools were nice. We loved the sunset view. However, the place was a little dated, living room furniture was not very comfortable. Sofa was not what was pictured in the photos.

Loved the addition of the wall to separate living room from bedroom area. The only downside was the sofa. It was very hard and uncomfortable. We loved the view and the location.

There are some things that were just abnormal about the unit. The main sink had very little water pressureThe dishwasher doesn’t dry the dishesThe bathroom counter top looks like it was about 18” too tall, my wife had a difficult time using it.The water pressure in the bathroom sink had massive amounts of pressure, best you could do is barely crack it or it looked like you just got out of the shower. There was a crew doing floor grinding with a massive generator running at 8:00am daily, right outside the entry door, so no sleeping in on vacation for us. This was very disappointing.

Great view

There were many things we enjoyed about our stay. The awesome view, the nice pool, the quick walk to the beach and the many daily use items provided (soaps and shampoos like you usually find, but also salt and pepper and kitchen items). It definitely had the vibe like you were staying in a friend’s condo with beach chairs and paddle ball racquets and fully stocked kitchen. The only negatives were the couch is unusable because it is too hard to even sit on for a few minutes, and the bedroom gets too hot because the a/c is in the kitchen and there is no airflow around the unit. We purchased a tower fan that we left at the unit (which they nicely reimbursed us for) that did circulate the air into the bedroom and it was fine after that. Probably would stay there again if the couch was replaced and the fan is still there.

Work and Vacation stay

Very nice property. Great location and view. Facilities were great. The condo was well equipped for two people. The room was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but was adequate for a 4 week stay. I will come back!

Back to school August stay

This one bedroom unit is in the perfect location facing right on to Bonita Beach. It’s on the top floor (10th). The unit had everything we needed and although the building is currently under renovations, it did not impede our stay. For two people, the unit is perfect! Would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo and location but we hope the area continues to improve.

We really enjoyed the condo and the beach but there were some odd things. Our main question would be is seeing there has been no reviews since 2022 were we the first rental since hurricane Ian? We now notice that the listing is currently different than what it was 6-8 weeks ago whenever this unit was booked. Seemed like it had an old listing and has since been updated. I would recommend anyone to see the 3 smaller paragraphs about the construction and the repair from the hurricane. If your someone like us that enjoy using the amenities (pool, hot tub, tennis courts) it was a little disappointing to see all those items closed or in disarray. Check in was a little odd, the information from the property manager had the incorrect unit number in the heading. That mixed in with door being unlocked due to dead batteries in the lock left a lot of uncertainty. Before entering we went back down to check the building number and reviewed the emails and realized a different unit number was referenced below in the email. Just a couple of other things like the office being open different times than what was relayed, one lock box for the only pickleball court with a net you had to put up every time that we didn’t know about for a handful of days, no place to wash your sandy feet, and the Cable didn’t work that well. The unit has the ability to be exceptional and we really hope it can get back there.

Loved the place... great view, clean, perfect location across the street from the beach and Doc's Bar and Grill. Didn't like the plastic cover over the mattress but I can understand why.

Great Location

This property was small, as advertised, but large enough for two to three people easy. Located across the street from Doc's Beach House, we had easy access to the beach, food and drinks. There is a restaurant on the property as well with fresh and tasty options as well. Highly recommended.

Can’t beat this ocean view. Looks right into the sunset. Good food and beach right across the parking area. Tons of good food places within few miles. If there was a down side, it would be the pool. It was clean but just plain and average. So if fancy pools with waterfalls and tropical plants and cabanas are your thing, this isn’t your place. If it’s beach and view then this is the place!! My wife and I are fancy pool people, but we still really liked this room. Full kitchen too if you like to make your own food. Also wanted to mention the balcony had two nice big rocker/swivel chairs with cushions. Very nice touch as you will likely spend a lot of time out there enjoying the view. This is a great room for a couple. Trying to fit more people than that would make the room uncomfortable and crowded.
