This wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach cottage (135m²) is located near the sparkling white sandy beach of Barefoot Beach. Barefoot Beach was recently voted the second best beach in the United States.

The 'Boat House' is tastefully decorated in water tone colors. Its warm inviting ambience conveys a light and carefree attitude to life under the motto: Sea, Salt and Sand (sea, salt and sand). Special comfort is offered by a beautiful PRIVATE saltwater pool (southern exposure) a quiet garden behind the house and a modern open plan kitchen with high-end appliances in stainless steel & marble countertop.

A flat-screen TV, a radio and sound system and high-speed Internet throughout the house complete the offer. On the sundeck surrounded by palm trees you will find cozy lounge chairs and a teak dining table with chairs and a charcoal Weber grill.

A short walk will take you to a variety of restaurants. In addition to many small shops you will find in the vicinity also a large supermarket for your purchases. This holiday home offers everything you need during your holiday in the immediate vicinity.

A walk through the area of Bonita Shores gives an exotic feeling of life. In a few minutes you can also reach Doc's Beach House. This beach bar invites you for a cold drink and a tasty snack. Enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in an idyllic atmosphere surrounded by palm trees and the beach.

Are you traveling with small children? Our cottage is very family friendly. You will find z. Two high chairs, a manoeuvrable stroller, a cot, some books and toys and a lot of sand toys for the beach.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cottage. You will have everything you need to enjoy your stay in this cozy home. Amazingly comfortable beds, towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Great washer and dryer! Marion is the nicest, helpful, person that you can reach at a moments notice. Comfy couch and large screen TV. We walked daily (beautiful neighborhood and friendly neighbors) but sat by the beautiful, clean, heated pool just to relax. Then out to dinner every evening except for when we arrived very late we had a pizza delivered. Our favorite Italian restaurant was Limoncellos (early dining deal). And for high end we loved Angelina's Ristorante. You can use Uber or rent a car for a great price. Marion made everything perfect including access to property so you will not be disappointed. Stay here!!!!

The location of this rental is perfect! So close to so many great beaches! We went to Bonita Beach most often, and also Delnor-Wiggins Beach. On a cooler day we went hiking at Lovers Key State Park. The house was very clean and well-stocked. The pool is well-maintained and a great temperature.We appreciated the generous amount of bath and beach towels, the beach chairs, the hand and dish soaps and the well-stocked kitchen. The clothes drying racks were great to have! Loved the charcoal grill!Great communication from Marion. Would definitely stay here again!

Alles in allem 100%Wir haben das Ferienhaus von Freunden empfohlen bekommen und waren durchweg begeistert. Echt tolles Haus, freundliche Gastgeber und sehr sauber.Strandschirme und Strandstühle sind vorhanden.Es ist ruhig gelegen in einer typisch Amerikanischen Nachbarschaft was uns gefällt.Zum Strand sind es nur 2-3 Minuten Publix, Starbucks und Restaurants sind um die Ecke.

We loved this property. The house was roomy enough for 3 adults and 2 children. The kitchen was laid out perfectly and there were plenty of dishes and cutlery. The decor was upscale and beachy, but not in a gaudy overdone way. Everything was pretty and clean. We had a little issue with the pool heater but the owner called right away and took care of things quickly. We will stay here again. Safe neighborhood as well.
