Less than a kilometer from the beach of Maora, and 3km from the citadel of Bonifacio, the residence of the 3 beaches is located on a plot of 3000m2.
The accommodations are terraced houses on one level, with an individual terrace.
You will enjoy + a large common terrace which leads to the comfortable heated swimming pool, a petanque court, wellness areas in the shade of the olive trees, games for children etc...
Ideally located close to the beaches, you will have the pleasure of taking good dips in the crystal clear waters of southern Corsica or walks between the sea and the mountains.
10 minutes from the citadel of Bonifacio and its old town, to enjoy a pleasant moment on the edge of the cliffs of Bonifacio.

THE ACCOMMODATION:

Comfortable cottage with large private terrace has 2 bedrooms:
- the first with a 160 double bed
- the second with a 3-seater bunk bed (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs).
In the lounge area, you will have the sofa with television.
The kitchen area is equipped with new equipment such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge etc...
A bathroom with large shower and sink.
A separate toilet and a corner with the washing machine.
You can enjoy the large private terrace for your meals with family or friends with the plancha and the shaded table of a pergolas.

You will of course have access to the large 8x4 swimming pool on the terrace with direct access to the accommodation.
