The main villa, new, carefully decorated and fully air-conditioned, is the basic accommodation offered for rent. It can accommodate up to six people.

The villa of approximately 100 m² includes a bright living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a warm living room with fireplace, and a furnished terrace overlooking the private heated swimming pool. The sleeping area consists of a master suite with private shower room, WC, television and terrace access, two additional bedrooms equipped with televisions and offering an unobstructed view of the maquis, a common bathroom and a separate toilet.

The exteriors have been designed for relaxation and conviviality: 8 × 4 m heated swimming pool, petanque court, deckchairs, shaded dining area equipped with a plancha, and a preserved natural environment guaranteeing calm and privacy.

In addition to the villa, the property also has two high-end independent chalets, available only as an option and rented at an additional cost. These chalets, recent and perfectly equipped, have wooden terraces, double glazed bay windows, a kitchen, a shower room and a washing machine.
The first chalet has two bedrooms and two shower rooms.
The second chalet has a bedroom and a shower room.

The chalets are not included in the standard rental. They can be added on request, and the corresponding rates are communicated on request.

When the villa and the two chalets are rented together, the total capacity of the property reaches 12 people, while guaranteeing comfort, independence and privacy for everyone.

This modular configuration makes it suitable for both family stays and larger groups wishing to have several autonomous spaces.

The Cleaning and linen fees are included in the price.
We can provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge on request.

Travelers will have access to the entire property, which is all fenced.
