***Please note that the Judge Roy Bean Cottage is part of our Homesteaded property in accordance with Chapter 11 of the Texas Property Tax Code. In order to maintain our Homestead rights under Section 11.13 (k) we only offer the carriage house for rental for a maximum of 150 days of the calendar year. Once the 150th day is booked on the site, there will be no opportunity to book any other days for that calendar year.***
