'We recently spent seven nights at the TownePlace suites at OWA. We love the location, and the reasonable price. We did not visit the waterpark or amusement park, but we did take advantage of the splash pad at downtown OWA. My daughter loved it. The only downside was they don’t clean rooms. You have to request maid service. Because of that, every morning there would be piles of towels and bags of garbage sitting in the hall, because people were sitting it outside to get rid of it. 'Very good room for the beach. One of the elevators was out of order so it was either sit and wait a couple minutes for the elevator to get to your floor or just use the stairs. The bar was great and it was easy access to the beach.'
