• Sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels (bath and face towels) are not included in the accommodation fee, allowing you to choose whether to bring your own or rent them.

• As a standard, we provide 1 pillow per person.

◘ ◘ Located on the 1st floor, at the back of the building, AP 101 is just a 5-minute walk (approximately 300m) from the beautiful Bombas Beach, making access to its crystal-clear waters easy. At the end of this page, you will find the map — you can click on it to view the location. It has a small side terrace.

BEDROOM:

◘ Rest in a cozy bedroom equipped with a high-quality double bed queen and a bunk bed for 2 people, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The room also features a split air conditioner, ensuring cool and pleasant nights. Additionally, there is access to a side terrace, perfect for quiet outdoor moments.

BATHROOM:

◘ The bathroom features a high-flow shower, along with shampoo, liquid soap, and a hairdryer for your comfort.

KITCHEN:

◘ The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you need to prepare your meals as if you were at home. It includes a gas stove, cabinet, refrigerator, microwave, blender, dishes, cutlery, and pots. We provide dish soap, a sponge, paper towels, and a dishcloth for your first few days.

LIVING ROOM:

◘ Relax in the living room, which is integrated with the kitchen. It features a 32” Smart TV and a comfortable sofa. A fan ensures fresh air circulation in the room.

On the top floor of the building, there is a ROOFTOP TERRACE — a shared space available for use at any time of day. It features two washing machines and a utility sink, as well as a party area with a kitchen, three barbecue grills, and a restroom. It’s the perfect place to socialize and enjoy a great meal while taking in a beautiful view of the city, including both sunrise and sunset. This space is open for you to use anytime, with no need for prior booking.

We prioritize your comfort, convenience, and privacy by avoiding unnecessary visits or contact. However, we’re always available to assist you, either in person or virtually, according to your preference.
