Vacation Apartment 18-7 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.<br><br>With approximately 70 m² of living space, you’ll find a lovingly furnished 4-room apartment with a balcony facing southeast. The “Bernsteinkieker” vacation apartment offers cozy accommodations across two levels on the 1st floor of Building 18. It features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower, accommodating up to 6 people. The distance to the beach from the Papillon vacation village is approximately 250 m.<br><br>From your light-filled living room, you have direct access to the sunny, furnished balcony. The living and dining area is furnished with a leather sofa set and a dining area. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a selection of games and DVDs.<br><br>The practical kitchenette invites you to cook with a 4-burner stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. For younger guests, you’ll also find children’s tableware. Designer flooring was chosen throughout the entire apartment.<br><br>The bedrooms feature two single beds (90 x 200 cm) in the basement and one double bed each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) in the bedrooms on the upper floor. You can store the clothes you bring with you in the closet on the lower level as well as in the bedrooms on the upper floor. The windows are covered with roller shades. Special features on the upper floor include an additional TV with a DVD player in the right-hand bedroom and a stair gate.<br><br>There is a spacious, tiled shower room with a double sink and a separate toilet. This apartment includes a high chair and a crib with a mattress. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 18. Coin-operated washers and dryers can be used in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.<br><br>Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Papillon vacation village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.<br><br>Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.<br><br>Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house comes with one free parking space for your car in the immediate vicinity of the house.<br><br>Vacation apartments in the Papillon Boltenhagen vacation village:<br><br>Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.<br>Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
