Welcome to The Gathering Place—a luxury 5BR, 3BA home designed for connection, laughter, and unforgettable memories. Outside, enjoy a soak in the mineral hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, and swing set with playhouse and slide for nonstop kid adventures. Inside, shoot pool in the billiards room or gather in the garage lounge with arcade games, ping pong, big-screen TV, and workout zone. Community pool access included!

We want you to enjoy your stay so we won't bother you on your vacation but we are available if you need us. We will communicate regarding visits for lawn maintenance or if there are any other details you need to be aware of. We encourage you to reach out if there is something that would make your stay more comfortable and we will do our best to accommodate.

The Treasure Valley has quickly become one of Idaho’s favorite places to visit, known for its mix of outdoor adventure, great local restaurants, wineries, and family-friendly activities. Guests love how easy it is to explore the area while still enjoying quiet neighborhoods and beautiful Idaho sunsets at the end of the day.

Throughout the year, the region hosts some incredible concerts and events that bring visitors from all over, including the Snake River Stampede, the vibrant Treefort Music Fest, and the colorful morning skies during the Spirit of Boise Balloon Classic. Summer also brings the excitement of the Caldwell Night Rodeo and the creativity of Art in the Park.

Beyond the events, visitors enjoy exploring the Boise River Greenbelt, hiking in the nearby foothills, golfing at local courses, and tasting wines in Garden City or along the Sunnyslope Wine Trail. The area is also home to wonderful parks, playgrounds, and family attractions that make it easy to fill each day with something fun.

Dakota Creek is a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood tucked away in north Meridian, offering the perfect blend of suburban peace and central convenience. You'll be just minutes from shopping, dining, and parks—yet far enough to enjoy a calm, residential vibe. With wide streets, beautiful homes, and a family-friendly atmosphere, it’s an ideal home base for exploring the Treasure Valley.

2 Pickleball courts are located just a short drive away by going E on McMillan and then N at the roundabout at 5151 N Rustic Oak Way. There are 2 paddle sets hanging in the garage for you to enjoy some court time! Please return the paddles and balls when done for the next guest to use.

The community’s location gives you quick access to major roads, making it easy to get to The Village at Meridian, downtown Boise, Caldwell or Eagle for a day of fun. Plus, Settlers Park is only five miles away and packed with things to do—from splash pads, pickleball courts and tennis courts to playgrounds, frisbee golf and walking trails.

• Exploring the neighborhood is easy with walking paths.
• Parking is convenient with 3 spaces available in the driveway and street parking in front at no additional cost. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes, additional parking is available across the street if needed.
