The Space:

There is one bathroom.



There are fresh bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, hangers, and iron in the bedroom.



The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. It also has a dryer. For working there is a workspace and desk.



The bathroom has towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hot water. Heating runs throughout.



Guest Access:

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.



The Neighborhood:

Usaquén was a separate town before the city grew around it, and its old centre kept the cobbled streets and the colonial church. The rest of the district, Cedritos and San Patricio, is residential, with apartment blocks, parks and good public transport.



In the neighborhood:

The Usaquén market: an open-air craft and antiques market held in the old town centre on Sundays.

Parque Calle 106: a neighbourhood park with basketball courts and tree-shaded paths.

Transport can be arranged through us for any trip during your stay, at a rate confirmed in advance. Message us before your arrival.
