Relax with friends/the whole family at our beautiful bungalow on Pagham beach front.

Sea Urchins is our luxury home and perfect to escape the bustle, with this tranquil area of AONB on your door step. It is beach front bungalow with 2 bedrooms comprising one king size bedroom with ensuite shower room, one family bedroom with double bed, single bunk over and single bed, TV and with main shower bathroom adjacent. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, so sleeping up to 8 in total.
The living space is open plan and spacious for bigger groups with a beautiful woodburning stove; 2 smart TVS, dining area and relax area with stunning sea views. All windows have beautiful shutters to allow a cosy time in the evening but let the unspoilt sea views in the day.

The patio doors open to a private walled patio with far reaching sea views from Bognor to the Pagham harbour mouth.
The bungalow also benefits from a porch with hooks and storage for wet coats and muddy boots plus a utility area, housing American fridge freezer, washer/dryer, sink and drying space plus side door leading to path to the beach.
Outside you can shower off with a lovely warm shower whilst taking in the sea view or sit to the front of the bungalow and enjoy the evening sun on the bench.

Sea Urchins is well situated for walks around the AONB of Pagham harbour as well as a 30 minute walk to the village centre with 4 pubs to enjoy.

There are 2 stunning sea water lagoons in front of the property: ideal for paddle boarding, kayaking, sea swimming, kite surfing and windsurfing or sailing.

A kettle BBQ is provided on the patio and allows cooking/dining whilst taking in the sea view.

The property has a large driveway with ample parking and EV charging (at an extra cost).

Ideal for long beach walks with your dogs and great for water sport enthusiasts; enjoy SUP, wing foil, kite/windsurfing and kayaking on the sea/ sheltered lagoons.
An ideal location for a beach get away and equally well located for everything that this area has to offer.

Sea Urchins has a wealth of attractions all within a short radius of 13 miles or less. Chichester with it's glorious cathedral and large selection of restaurants, pubs and shopping which can be accessed by bus too; Goodwood motor circuit and race course with their splendid events, e.g. Festival of Speed and Revival; the Witterings with the old english seaside town of East Wittering and the beautiful sand dunes of West Wittering beach a must visit for beach lovers. Pagham village itself has 4 pubs all within a half hour walk from the bungalow with excellent reputations for serving good food.

Shepherd's Beachhouse, our Shepherd's hut sits in front of the bungalow and is available for booking separately for larger parties of 10. N.B. This can be booked alone for 2 people and if so, guests have parking access on the drive also as well as beach access via one side of the bungalow.

Please note we have occupancy of The Cabin at the front of the bungalow, so will sometimes be on site.

Well behaved dogs are welcome and Pagham beach is dog friendly.
