Marine Lodge is a charming single level home in a lovely quiet cul de sac just a short walk from the sea front a Bognor Regis.

Waking into the house through the kitchen area there is a seating area where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen itself is well equipped so you can comfortably self cater for your stay including kettle, electric oven and hob,fridge, microwave and toaster. The host has also provided a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Through to the sitting room there is plenty of comfortable seating and a large smart TV, the sunny room looks onto the garden and there is a sweet little sun room off the sitting room. The sitting room also has a dining table with seating for four, where you can sit together and enjoy the delights you have whipped up n the kitchen.

There are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate WC.

The garden to Marine Lodge has a lovely sunny aspect where you can relax when you aren't out and about enjoying the area.

To the front there is off road parking for one car.

Marine Lodge is situated to the west of Bognor Regis which is a lovely town in Sussex. From the property you can walk to the shore within a few minutes and the promenade leads all the way along the shore to the town centre. The town itself is fantastic and packed with local independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.

For a great day out you can easily reach Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or The Weald and Downland, home of BBC's The Repair Shop, both places are great fun for any age group. There is outlet shopping, cinema complex and bowling at GunWharf Quays which you can easily reach by car or train from Bognor Regis. For something a little different you can book seal watching boat trips from Hayling Island or hire kayaks Bognor sea front.

Access to the races and Goodwood Motor Circuit is really easy from Bognor Regis making Marine Lodge the perfect location for when you are attending The Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood or The Revival.
