Beach Front House avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Les chiens sont toujours les bienvenus ici!

Mer Vale a été dans notre famille depuis que ma femme était un enfant. Initialement, il était seulement pour notre propre usage, mais depuis de décider de le rendre disponible pour les autres à utiliser, nous avons totalement rénové la maison, apportant voler dans le 21Úme siÚcle.

La maison dispose d'un beau salon ouvert de style sur le rez de chaussée qui coule sur une terrasse en bois avec le jardin qui fait face au-delà du Sud. Tout le confort moderne a été pensé y compris le chauffage par le sol tout au long du rez de chaussée. Le décor est strictement «bord de mer» avec beaucoup de petites attentions qui vous laissent aucun doute que vous vivez sur la plage.

Sortez de la porte du jardin sur Elmer Beach, qui doit ĂȘtre l'une des plages les plus calmes et les plus privĂ©s sur la cĂŽte Sud. Elmer Beach Estate est une propriĂ©tĂ© privĂ©e sans accĂšs public Ă  la plage. Pendant les pĂ©riodes de pointe et les jours fĂ©riĂ©s il y a un "poliment" porte habitĂ© Ă  la fin de la route pour limiter l'accĂšs des vĂ©hicules aux rĂ©sidents!

Wedding weekend

Location excellent just on the beach where everybody went and found shells, stones even an ammonite. So we went home with a small memento.House was amazing with everything catered for, the communication was faultless so there was no delay in getting in or knowing where things were.Overall a very successful four nights for everybody and I think the owners have got it right.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. A literal stones throw from the sea with stunning views from the first floor balcony. Communication with the owner was great and the property is clearly well looked after. Would 100% recommend! Thank you!

Family Weekend

Lovely location with great beach access. House provided all we needed. Enough space for us all to dine and relax together as well as providing rooms for private space. Everyone in our party would be happy to return. Thank you for good weekend.

Just lovely

Sea Vale is a lovely welcoming house right on the beach. Well equipped for even the most discerning of houseguests. We were a three generation family and we all agreed that it's one of the best holiday houses we have stayed in. Thank you Nick for a great stay.

Perfect for family gatherings

Super house for a family gathering with easy parking for 4 cars in driveway. So close to the beach you can hear the waves. Lovely and clean and very comfortable. Secure for the dogs to run around the garden and minutes to the beach with sand at low tide. Walk to Lobster Pot for delicious coffee. Communication with Judith and Nick was excellent. The balcony space at first floor was something special.

New Year short stay

The property is excellently located for the local beach which our dogs loved. Local amenities were as you’d expect for a seaside area. The kitchen was well equipped, and the bathrooms and bedrooms were tidy.

Lovely modern home by the sea

We had a family Christmas stay at Sea Vale and everyone was very happy with the property and the location. The house is very homely and well equipped with modern appliances. The owners have clearly gone to a lot of effort (and cost) to make the place feel special. We have stayed in numerous properties in the UK and Europe and Sea Vale is among the best.There is ample parking at the property and good internet too.The beach is just a couple of minutes walk from the house, a mix of shingle, sand and thousands of sea shells. We found the area very quiet and tranquil and nice and dark at night so good for star gazing. There's a couple of pubs not far from the house within walking distance and a very well equipped shop so we did not need to use our cars at all. We would thoroughly recommend a visit to Sea Vale as a very nice place to unwind and take in the sea air located in a friendly community. Whilst it's not that far to drive from the house to Brighton or Bognor one did have the pleasant feeling that we were far from the madding crowd in a little haven off the beaten track, quite hard to find these days!

Fabulous house

Short stay bang on the beach. Great house with ensuites for all 4 bedrooms. Location perfect, everything you need at your finger tips.hosts were amazing and had thought of everything from cling film to dog bowls, dishwasher tablets and shower gel. Definitely recommend.

A lovely property in a perfect location. We stayed for 3 nights while visiting friends who moved down to Sussex a few years ago. The property is spacious and well layed out. The view from the master bedroom is outstanding

House with a view

Lovely property in a fabulous location. Sat watching the waves from the balcony for so long! Great hosts with lots of communication and recommendations before the stay and the little helpful notes throughout the house. Brilliant for large families with plenty of space and amenities. Great Seaside Break!

Return visit to Sea Vale as a lovely house you feel immediately at home in with everything you need. All you have to do is arrive and enjoy! Wine left to welcome us a much appreciated gesture and already thinking about planning our visit next year. Great location right on the beach with plenty to keep everyone happy by the beach and exploring the surrounding area.

Fantastic house

Second stay in this wonderful beach house. Lovely and clean, comfy sofas and well equipped kitchen. Thank you for the wine to welcome us. Great information pack. Beautiful Beach Break

We spent the first week of the New Year at this amazing house. The house itself was perfect for our family of six. Plenty of space, fully equipped kitchen, two TVs, and loads of games/jigsaws etc. The beach was less than a minute away, and can be seen from the amazing terrace. We all walked it, and I went for a run one morning. Very dog friendly. There’s a shop and a pub within five minutes walking distance, and bigger shops about five minutes in the car. We went to eat in the Oystercatcher, ten minutes drive away (in Climping?), and also to La Cucina in Rustington. Both excellent. Overall a fantastic stay. We will be back! Thanks!

Celebrating my wife’s forthcoming 60th birthday which is in January, she didn’t want a party but just wanted to be away for a few days with the family. Accommodation catered for all of us, from us oldies & our grandson who is nearly 2, even great for Tilly the dog. Such great views to the beach from the upstairs seating area off of the main bedroom, then there is the downstairs open plan kitchen/living room where everyone can interact. What more could we need, a few paces to the beach and at the end of the drive a pub & local shop. Just so comfortable for all of us, thank you Nick & Judith for sharing your holiday home and allowing us to have little piece of your heaven. Hope in the future we can return & experience it in the summer.

Sister's reunion

The property was excellent for us, as fully equipped as anyone could wish. We ran out of time to add to the visitors book. The only fly in the ointment had nothing to do with the property but access to the sea which for us was too difficult given the steep incline on the stony surface but clearly those with young children and more limber mobility were making marvellous memories, a joy to see, so for those fit enough, a perfect home and location

Wonderful house

It was our third year in a row and we loved it. The house has a wonderful feel to it and is very well equipped. Great location with stunning views. Our two Labradors did not want to leave the dog friendly beach!
