Recently renovated apartment located between the Brenta Dolomites and the Adamello granites.
Located in the quiet village of Bocenago just two minutes from Pinzolo and 10 minutes by car from Madonna di Campiglio.
The apartment has independent heating, sleeps 7, a kitchen / living room, a bathroom, a private storage room in the basement where you can store sports equipment, and is equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant holiday in nature.

Apartment recently renovated situated between Brenta dolomites and Adamello's Granit.
Our apartment is situated in the village of Bocenago nearby Pinzolo and 10 minutes far from Madonna di Campiglio winter resort.
Apartment is suitable for 7 people, with a big kitchen and a private parking place. Perfect for your holidays in the nature!

Prettige woning in leuk dorpje, prima bedden, geweldig skigebied op 10 minuten rijden, fijne verhuurder, prima prijs kwaliteitverhouding!

The apartment was lovely, roomy, warm and with most of what we needed, with parking next to the building. We were snowboarding and the appartment was perfectly located: just 5 minutes drive from Pinzolo gondola, where there is ample free parking. (On ONE morning (sunny Saturday) the traffic to the snow was jammed and it took more like 30 minutes, but most mornings it was very easy to get to the snow). There is an excellent pizza restaurant and a small supermarket just a few minutes walk from the appartment. Our host Emanuele was very helpful and kind, but I don't think he lives in Bocenago, so he was not immediately on hand.Unfortunately we had a few troubles with electricity and plumbing (otherwise I would have given this property 5 stars). The electrical safety switch kept tripping - we must have reset it 10 times during our stay. There was also a problem with flooding of the kitchen / dining area - the water seemed to be coming out from between the wall and floor tiling, and probably came from the refrigerator. This happened 3 times during our stay. I expect these two are new problems and once Emanuaele has attended to them, I would highly recommend this accommodation.Also beware that Google Maps initially took us to the wrong building

Il Trentino? Relax assicurato!

La location scelta ha soddisfatto le richieste che ci eravamo prefissati. N.V.: utile rammentare all' Host... dotare la casa di un maggiore numero di strofinacci per la cucina e ricambio necessario delle posate e parte delle stoviglie. Per il resto tutto ben predisposto 👍

No Wifi or WLan, even though it was advertised

We were a group of adults traveling together with no access to European Cell phone reception. To our surprise our landlord told us, even though the apartment was advertised with WIFI , that he decided we should spend more time with the family and on our vacation and he disconnected the apartment from the WIFI. Well to bad for us - we could not access the weather forecasts for ice climbing. This was a pretty big let down for us.

Spazioso e confortevole

Spazioso appartamento nel centro del piccolo paese di Bocenago. Pulito e confortevole, comodo anche l'ascensore proprio di fianco l'ingresso. Vicino al negozio di alimentari e dotato di parcheggio auto. Ubicato in posizione comoda per tutte le zone escursionistiche limitrofe. Comunicazioni rapide e corrette con il proprietario Emanuele.

Italian Alps apartment

Very clean and tidy apartment having good sized rooms and off road parking. Easy to find and in a small quiet village. Although on the third floor there is a lift that stops directly outside the door of the apartment. The access road to the apartment block is narrow and a tight turn is required to enter the parking area, potentially a bit tricky with a big estate car. It is a good base for walking and there are plenty of paths to choose from all along the valley. We spent every day out on one or other of these paths only covering a small number of all that was available. For parents with children there are a number of good play areas along the valley floor.

Bocenago is a really nice and quiet town just 10 min drive from Pinzolo's main lift. The apartment was very comfortable and as advertised. Emanuele was very friendly and always reachable. We will happily stay in his apartment again. Grazie!

Alles exakt wie beschrieben. Wir waren zu fünft - ausreichend Platz. Wasserkocher könnte ersetzt oder gereinigt werden... Appartamento grande. Comodissimo l'ascensore che si apre davanti alla porta. Per chi fa un soggiorno lungo come noi si sente la mancanza di una lavatrice.

Good value for location close to excellent skiing

Only minutes away by car from Pinzolo which is an entry point to the ski area of Madonna do Campiglio. Good value for the price. Good communication with the owner. Apartment is exactly as shown. Even an elevator in the building. Number of equipment like glasses, plates, pots etc. rather limited.
