'Hotel that is a galery as well. Spacious room, very good matrasses and nice breakfast'

'Very helpful concierge (Francisco) and super-visor (Dante).'

'Great hotel but the pool could be better. There is no pool bar or drink service and the sun disappears behind the high-rise buildings at 2:30PM so beware of this. It gets cold, even in summer, without the sun. Great breakfast. '

'We had a great time, the location is perfect, all staff are really nice and welcoming, specially the cleaning manager, she was really helpful, professional and friendly. Front desk staff was very thoughtful and friendly as well specially the last day of our stay. Thank you for making our stay a great experience. We definitely will come back.'

'Mooi hotel gelegen op een goede locatie. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet. '

'I have never experienced such terrible treatment at a hotel. The level of service we received from the staff was absolutely appalling, and the entire experience was beyond disappointing. My husband and I booked a room specifically to spend Mother’s Day together with my mother. We deliberately reserved a larger room for this purpose. However, when we tried to check her in, we were told that it was not possible and that we would have to book an additional room for her. They refused to accommodate...
