'I arrived late last night. The owners were so kind, they turned the heat on and made things very comfortable for when I arrived. The room is so clean it has a lovely wardrobe lots of drawers for clothes and beautiful white linens. Super clean! Way better than many holiday inn expresses that I have stayed in.'

'Extremely poor communication. The property was not ready on our check in date so we had to delay our arrival with significant inconvenience and little empathy from the owner. The property was very clean on the inside but was not as well kept outside as one would expect. Exterior pictures are deceiving. Location is awesome. We still have not be able to receive our refund for the one night. The owner is not responding to me at all and VRBO and Expedia just keep referring me back to the owner....

'Very nice cottage that is well equipped for large groups and has a large open lawn. Host insisted on communicating outside the VRBO platform and had a large list of rules and additional contracts for the rental and the hottub. '

'The suite was clean, the sheets/bedding very comfortable, some croissants and coffee left for me to have. Very eco-friendly environment with a lovely view of the gardens. This was an incredible stay. I travel a lot for work and this was easily one of the best, if not the best, stay I've ever had. '
