Guests have access to Canoe Club Family Pool and Fitness Center and the Moreland Pool and Fitness Center at a cost of $25/person per day (no charge for children 5 and under.) Guests will also have access to make reservations at Canoe Club & Cole's based on availability.

The Carriage House at Marshside Retreat is a stylish and comfortable pied-à-terre that makes an ideal getaway to experience the incredible lifestyle and amenities that come with a stay in the Palmetto Bluff resort. With a great Moreland Village location, you'll love being within walking distance to popular dining spots like Cole's and The Canteen, plus Moreland Landing, the Dock and the Moreland Treehouse.

Newly built in 2023, the main living area is inviting and spacious, with abundant furnishings, including a matching pair of sofas, KING bed, Smart TV and compact kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a mini-refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker plus dish ware and utensils. You'll enjoy the luxurious, spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower. Detached from the Main House, and located via staircase above the 3-car garage, The Carriage House at Marshside Retreat offers a private entrance and reserved parking for one vehicle will be provided with this carriage house.

This chic, comfortable carriage house, just a short 5 minute walk or 1-2 minute bike to Lake Bales, enjoys a great location in Moreland Village and is located just 4 miles from Wilson Village where you can enjoy shopping, dining and nightly s'mores around the fire pit. Exploring the Bluff is a breeze and you can bike the extensive trail system at Palmetto Bluff to popular amenities around the resort.
