Five bedrooms across two floors so the whole group can be under one roof — and still find a quiet corner when they need one.



The village is a short walk from your front door. But the reason you chose this place is everything in between



INSIDE

The galley kitchen is set up for real cooking, and the coffee nook and drink station mean the morning runs itself from the moment the first person surfaces.



Five bedrooms across two floors give a group of ten the right balance. Two bedrooms on the main level, three downstairs — close enough to feel like one house, far enough that everyone has their own space to land. There is a living room with a play area for the younger ones, and a downstairs games room with a TV for when dinner winds down and someone suggests one more round.



OUTSIDE

Your front deck faces the village street with a dining table, a gas barbecue, and a smoker. You can spend an entire afternoon out there — ribs going low and slow, a cold drink in hand, watching Bayfield go by. Out back is a completely different scene: a private backyard, a fire pit, and room for a lawn game. The kind of evening that keeps going long after the sun goes down.



Parking is available off two streets — so four cars and a full group of ten arrives without a second thought. In Bayfield village, that is not something you take for granted.

You are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) Has outside front driveway camera. Max occupancy at all times is 10, violation will result in removal without refund.



Max 2 Dogs Allowed but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund.

Parking is limited to 4 vehicles



Linens are provided! We supply all comforters, pillows, bed sheets, kitchen and bath towels—just remember to bring your own beach towels.

Clan Gregor Square is the heart of our quaint community where many local festivals/carshows and you won't want to miss the farmers market in season. Pioneer Park is another local favorite—kids will love cooling down at the splash pad. There's always something happening here, whether it's morning yoga or artists painting the sunset.



Wander downtown and find your new favorite cafe, and be sure to save a day to explore Bayfield's wineries and breweries! Just a few minutes away, you can enjoy an amazing wine tasting experience at Hessenland Inn & Schatz Winery..



Visit during the off-season to catch favorite annual events like VetteFest or for a girl's getaway weekend—we're happy to suggest our favorite local spas, wineries and breweries, shops, and yoga classes.



With wooded trails, scenic country vistas, and stunning Lake Huron, Bayfield is a beautiful place to explore no matter the season. Bring your hiking boots and plan a trip during leaf-peeping season for a display of color, or come enjoy the quiet of winter and crunch through the snow in evergreen forests.
