A beautiful property in a mature natural surrounding. The guest house was great, even had a wood burning stove in the common area that was set to light. We did light it and enjoyed a lovely evening basking in its heat. The only drawback was a lack of dining on site, but the Saddle Mountain restaurant across the highway was great. Bring your own supplies as Blue River has little to offer.
Beautiful place to stay! Very quiet and peaceful since itâs off-season. Our cabin was beautiful and spacious, it smelled fresh and was very clean. Our dog loved it too! Our sunset walk to the lake was absolutely lovely. The staff were very nice as well. :)
After a kayak trip on Murtle Lake, the bed was super comfortable and the water was hot. The beer was cold and the food good at the onsite restaurant. Very good one night stay.
Nestled in the mountains of Blue River. Nice property with walking trail to Eleanor Lake. The cabins are beautiful and staff are friendly and helpful. Going in the fall had a disengaging, the restaurant closed the week before and not all rooms have the outdoor hot tub. This is primarily catering to heli skiers so there are a number of heli pads on the property. It gets very dark at night here so the stars were bright abs beautiful. Wood burning fireplace was a bonus. Highly recommend this place.
They fail to tell you that their âbasicâ room is not on the main property but actually in a crappy motel across the highway.
They also do not tell you / advertise that in summer, the lodge facilities are effectively closed, no dining room or lounge, no hot tub or workout centre access.
Totally misleading.
