We had a wonderful time! The setup was great for our group of four couples. It was great to all have a bathroom in each bedroom, and the living area was cozy for hanging out together. It would’ve been nice if there were a few more coffee cups, dishes, and maybe some paper towels and dish soap. There aren’t quite enough coffee cups and dishes for 8 people, but overall wonderful place to stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Great Rental and perfect location to IU campus/stadium
Our unit was very clean and comfortable. The community was nicely maintained and very quiet. The rental manager was responsive and available at a moments notice. The only downfall is there were no paper products. No paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper (only in 1 bathroom of the 4.5) dish soap or hand soap. Only 1 bedroom had a small bottle of shampoo and conditioner. Most rental properties have enough products to at least get the renter through 2 days then they can get additional products if needed. I think this should be noted on the property details page so future renters can bring the items with them prior to checking in.

Missed out on the amenities
The property was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and although the parking was limited, we were able to find parking near The key fob was missing to allow us to enjoy the on-site amenities. We tried several times to contact the host and were unable to reach them, possibly because it was Good Friday. We were really looking forward to enjoying the game room.

Please be aware, this property is located amongst student housing. I was not aware and it was just a little bit awkward. However, the property suited our needs well. It was clean and easy to get to. No complaints.

Girls weekend.
Clean. Great location. Availability of the pool was an added bonus. Spent the afternoon poolside and felt like we had the place to ourselves. Easy drive to dinner locations. Loved that each room had it’s own bathroom but there was also a 1/2 bath located on main floor so you didn’t have to walk upstairs every time. Would recommend for a group trip for sure!
