'The lodging was perfect for our stay. It was in close proximity to a great market and the Breachway. Check in was very easy, the room was very clean and had plenty of sets of towels and derivatives. Comfortable small room. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Happy staff....happy customer. Good luck with the beautiful renovations!'

'PVI’s main attraction is its proximity to the ocean right at its doorstep. Beautiful views and plenty of beach to walk makes it an ideal stay destination in RI. The amenities are fairly limited prior to late May, as the heated pool isn’t available and the restaurant/bar is closed some days. Still, the beach area and nearby Westerly, Stonington, and Mystic have plenty of charm to make late April and early May worth the stay.'

'Definitely not what I expected but convenient for the one night. I was given a room that had not been cleaned. They did immediately switch me to a room that was clean. Appears to be doing renovations on the property.'

'Propere kamer met alle voorzieningen, grote flatscreen en koffiemachine. Gelegen aan de zeedijk, op wandelafstand van restaurants. Terrasmeubels aanwezig, alsook voldoende parkeergelegenheid. '

'The staff was very helpful. The apartment we stayed at was very clean. The issues were with the bar noise being very loud at night, people being very loud at night and the inability to be able to park 1 night by our apartment. Otherwise the hotel was good.'

'The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. The curtains on the window were a solid panel so you couldn't really open them. I slid them aside. Fun fact: the metal box the mattress sits on makes a cool...

'Consistent issues and texted the GM twice as no manager was on duty and got no reply. Had to talk to front desk 3 times and they never tried to solve the problem. No follow up, no follow through and no understanding on how to serve clients'
