'The hideaway is a very pleasant place to stay for a vew nights. The room is comfortable. The bed very good. The bathroom great. Parking is ok. The only thing disappointing was the breakfast. Some toast with jam, sweet yogurt and very little fruit. '

'The property was on beautiful, Spacious, Clean & Close to amenities. My family really enjoyed it.'

'Glad it was only one night as the bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. Arrived at 7.15pm which was after hours as the reception shut at 7pm, so the person checking me in was not happy, despite living in the room next to reception, and was out brushing their teeth in the hallway when I left in the morning. Left at 7am so only used the room and bathroom no other areas of the house.'

'Clean room, all good, thank you.'

'Lovely house, room and breakfast! Best sleep ever.'

'No customer service at all - asked re transport to airport as advised previously however seeing the boss was away there was none. Make sure if you book this hotel don't bring a huge bag as you will be carrying it upstairs - ate at the restaurant last night ordered Thai prawn curry however had to peel the prawns which were mixed into the curry - would not stay here again or recommend it unless you like very basic accommodation with the price tag that's not worth it'

'The staff were so helpful as we required an after hours check in. Our bag was put in our room ready for our arrival after hours. The staff were always happy and willing to help. The room was clean and everything we needed.'

'Beautiful heritage property that was clean, comfortable and easy to park at. Great location for city access on foot too.'

'Located centrally in Scottsdale with the restaurant attached, easily walking distance into town'

'This is a great value hotel, close to town it's clean and Matthew was very helpful at reception. It's my second time staying here and I have no hesitation in coming back next time I'm in Launceston.'
