'Every time I’m in San Marcos I stay at this property and it never disappoints. Excellent service'

'My experience, with the self checking kiosk , a parking pass was not given to me. My vehicle got towed, resulting in an early leave, so to some financial complications. I booked a hotel downtown in Houston, I ask them if a parking pass was required, and they replied No. Because your name is in the system if they run your plates. Something doesn’t seem right at LivAway in San Marcos'

'Staff was nice. Some of the fixtures in the room were coming apart, off the wall or just needs to be refinished. Nothing that really matters just my two cents.'

'Room was musty and all bed linens needed to be disinfected and changed, mattress felt as if it were long overdue to be switched out, Roaches in the room. Ac not working properly'

'This is a “you get what you pay for” type place. The location was perfect for what I needed. The bed was not the best but the A/C was blasting!!'

'I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this motel. The room was filthy upon arrival. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and inside the bathtub. The couch was dirty, and the chair had white stains on it, which was very unsanitary and unacceptable. On top of that, the room had a terrible smell that made the stay very uncomfortable. The breakfast was also terrible and did not meet expectations at all. This experience was nothing like what I expected from a Wyndham-branded hotel....

'This motel was the worst place I have ever stayed at. The room was a nonsmokers and it smelled like smoke. The pillows has a awful smell to them and they were all stained, I did not undo the bed because I was already disgusted. The towels,omg... the were dingy, and stained. And to top off the night. Me and my daughter were having our dinner when the roaches started to run on the wall. That was the cherry on the cake.'

'I chose this property for a one night stay cay. Our unit was sparkling clean and had lots of thoughtful touches. The property was absolutely beautiful and the service was very responsive. I will 100% come back.'

'We had a wonderful stay. the mosquitos on the patio in the back were horrible though. Also maybe better instructions given as a lady walked in to our room because she wasn’t sure where to go. (our fault for not having door locked) beautiful house'

'Very modern and comfortable unit. Kept plenty cool. Open and airy. Only drawback was the 2nd shower water could not be routed to the shower head from the tub spigot.'

'The room was falsely advertised. The air did not work. There was supposed to be 2 TVs but there was only one. There were no sheets for the pull out bed. It took hours to receive them. No one cleaned the room and I had to request towels the next day'

Nothing was clean, dust, dirt, dead bugs, comforter and sheets/pillowcases smelled awful, there was not housekeeping the entire week. I paid so I stayed since nothing is refundable. No cookware and only broken grills outside. No trash can in the kitchen so needing to order in I left with 3 bags of trash consisting of leftover food and containers that were sitting in my...
