'Mooi nieuw hotel. Alles netjes , lekker ontbijt Personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Hotel ligt op 2 min van het treinstation. Een aanrader. '

'Zeer bijzondere locatie vlak bij de zee. Geweldig ontbijt en heel vriendelijk en correct personeel. Enkel de kussens in de bedden zijn oncomfortabel en het enige minpuntje aan ons verblijf. Wat een prachtig gebouw!'

'I have stayed here on many occasions which I thoroughly enjoy….it is looking a tad tired but value for money is good!'

'Alles positief. Lief, behulpzaam personeel. Een prachtig hotel met oude grandeur. Heerlijk ontbijt en mogelijkheid tot heerlijk dineren. Leuk entertanment en een gezellige bar. Een fantastisch verblijf om Blackpool te ontdekken.'

'Good location to North beach'

'Stay with my family for the night. And hotel was lovely. Rooms were clean, bed comfy. No complaints at all. Would highly recommend.'

'Had a very nice stay at this hotel. Nice room. Friendly staff.'

'Easy access with parking available at a small charge. Friendly hosts. Very clean throughout. Breakfast was delicious & bar is well stocked for a quick drink before heading out.'

'Het personeel was vriendelijk en snel bij de tafel voor ontbijt en avond eten'

'Very personable couple. We got upgraded to the penthouse which was a really nice room with the biggest TV i've seen in any accommodation i've booked thus far. Nice little extras in the room too, such as little chocolates/biscuits, toilet roll being pressed, and water in the fridge. Would definitely stay again if we plan another trip to blackpool in the future.'

'was in 109 first and the shower did not go warm and was very weak and the tv had no reflex then was move to 309 the shower ok just went hot and cold all the time even when you had it at the right temperature and the tv didnt work in the either nor did the door close not sure if we stay again'

'room was clean the staff wear helpful the breakfast was brilliant and the bar was open in the evenings'

'Always a nice stay here, a quite area on the promenade, but only a few mins from the hustle and bustle. Great live entertainment every night. Stayed here about 6 times now, an ideal place for your holiday base.'

'Bad experience, as I was not able to check in, got there as at the time given to me, to check in, nobody was there, door locked, called the number but nobody answered, waited for few minutes , saw nobody, I had to pay for another hotel elsewhere. I came back in the evening to check again, the place was still locked, nobody in, I called another different number I saw outside the door, and someone else picked, says nobody in but he will be there soon. All in all, I paid for an hotel, I couldn’t...

'Very clean everything'

'Excellent value B&B. Single room was small but clean, the bed was comfy and the shower as good as any. Nearby car park and there is the possibility of free on-street parking a few blocks’ walk away. Handy location for Tower and North Beach.'

'Great independent hotel a stones throw away from Blackpool North train station. Easy check in and clean basic rooms. Nothing luxury, but everything you need for a short break in Blackpool. Excellent complimentary breakfast. Would definitely recommend.'
