KOOLYWURTIE is a beautiful modern and spacious 2 storey, 5 bedroom holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests with just a short walk to the beach! Located in beautiful Black Point, an ideal place to enjoy your Yorke Peninsula break. Relax on the balcony enjoying the peace and sea views, plenty of room inside for families or groups.

Upstairs:
Open plan kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas cook top, coffee espresso machine (BYO beans), toaster, kettle, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, walk-in pantry, dining area with large setting. Living area with L shaped lounge, large smart TV, coffee table, hall table with charging points.
Doors from lounge lead out to a spacious balcony with flat top BBQ with 2 warming drawers, outdoor setting, lounge, coffee table, egg chair.

Separate w/c and vanity.

Main bedroom has a walk-in robe, it's own private balcony and ensuite with vanity, shower and w/c.

Downstairs:
Lounge area with lounge, bean bag chair, coffee table, large smart TV.

4 bedrooms all with built in robes.

Main bathroom with vanity, shower, bath , separate w/c. Laundry with front loading washing machine and laundry trough.

Black Point is a small seaside settlement which offers a beautiful sandy beach, swimming, fishing, sailing, boating and crabbing, making it a popular destination for families and holiday makers.

Bed configuration - Upstairs - main bed 1 - king bed. Downstairs - bed 2 - queen, bed 3 - tri-bunk - double on bottom, single on top, plus a trundle - suitable for children only, bed 4 - queen, bed 5 - queen

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $44 for king bed, $38.50 for queen bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.
