'Normally a very good hotel.
Currently had an extension being built. So plenty of daytime noise. Had a broken shower that I’ve been informed will get fixed. However my main concern/problem was a member of staff called Lilac (or some similar). Rude just doesn’t cut it. Repeatedly interrupted her colleague at time of check in. So much so I asked the check in staff if they wanted to deal with her e'

'A little dated and basic, but was very pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed my spontaneous night here with the dog, staff very kind and helpful. Big cups in the room, with nice biscuits and Yorkshire tea! Very affordable too for the night, would very happily return - given at a services, I didn’t hear the motorway at all! I stayed for convenience, not a ‘need’ and personally for £37 a night, I’d happily go back again!'
